As operations of the TASK FORCE RECON initiative ceased the operations of the unit we transferred to the 48ND AIRSOFT INFANTRY BATTALION which currently consists of two units: the 1st Infantry Unit (Able Company) and the 2nd Infantry Unit (Baker company).
The units are currently recruiting (see the 482AIB-2IU page link under units to join, a list of requirements is under the recruiting page on that site)
Our mission is forward assault with search and destroy intent. This is an AIRSOFT team not a real military unit.

For Evin
Evin Coombes died in during the lunch break of Operation Aftermath, before the break I was recruiting him for the team, he never got the chance to respond. In his memory I am making him an honorary Captain on the team. This is effective immediately.
1st special operations unit
The first special operations unit will open when we have acheived 15 members. They will be forward observation and take out threats and HVTs (such as non player informants) it will contain people of rifleman and sniper MOS wit maybe one SAW Gunner to will be led by a captain and members will be ranked no less than Sgt.
This will be the unit's insignia. The Latin translates to "down with the tyrants"
